Stephen Wolfe – President of Andover Group, Steve brings 30 years of agency experience to the table, including co-founder of the Horizon Project, a nationally recognized new-product consulting and research company, and president of the Wolfe Group, an advertising agency that specialized in direct marketing. Clients have included Citibank, MenningerCare, Boatman's Bank, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Yellow Freight, Hallmark Cards, Diner's Club, Johnson & Johnson, Sara Lee and RJR/Nabisco.

Scott Hoober – Vice president, public relations and Web development, Scott is a veteran public relations professional, with decades of experience in crisis management, marketing communications and local, regional and national news media relations. Clients have included a national association of student transportation companies, two international insurance mergers, plus Sprint North Supply, Unitex and several other manufacturers.

Tamara Ziolo – As vice president, account services, Tamara has more than 17 years of experience in marketing and advertising. She's served as senior account executive on a variety of agricultural, manufacturing, nonprofit, food franchising and animal health clients, as well as handling mergers and acquisitions. Tamara has also worked for a worldwide direct marketing agency and a major Yellow Pages company. On top of that, she has an extensive background in print production.

Steven Gaffen – Vice president of new business and associate creative director, Steve has more than 20 years of experience in advertising and marketing, including 11 years as executive director of the marketing division of AMC theaters. He was formerly a partner in Steres-Gaffen Media in San Diego, where his promotional efforts for the film Rocky 5 won a regional Grand Prize from United Artists studios. Holder of a master's degree in business, he has extensive experience in all aspects of advertising and marketing, including techniques designed to provide clients with the most value for their advertising dollars.

Jeff Gorosh – Andover Group's media director, Jeff has more than 20 years of experience, including 11 years as vice president and media director with Barkley & Evergreen. He has helped numerous clients successfully identify their target markets and reach them through the use of effective media strategies. Since we don't maintain an expensive office or large staff, or charge for photocopies or postage, we save our clients time and money.

 
Kathryn Buckley – As senior art director, Kathryn brings decades of experience in design and production of print advertising, direct mail pieces and business-to-business magazines. Clients have included Western Resources, Magnum Diamond & Machinery, Caterpillar Truck Engines, Western Star Trucks, Sokkia Corporation and Terra Industries. In the recent Fountain Awards, she single-handedly won more awards than any agency in the Kansas City, including best of show.

Scott Robbins – Scott brings 22 years of experience in direct marketing to his role as director of list brokerage and management. He's an expert on list acquisition, consulting and list management, with access to more than 60,000 consumer and business lists, and his list selection has been a significant factor in the success of many direct marketing success stories. Clients have included Powertel, Magnum Diamond, American Art Review, Farm Progress Publication and Time Fax Inc.

Ron Michka – A graphic designer and art director, Ron worked for several design studios and advertising agencies, including a post as senior art director with Barkley & Evergreen Advertising. He understands marketing and is dedicated to solving each of client's unique creative communications problems. Whether it's direct marketing or point-of-sale, consumer or trade advertising, print, outdoor or broadcast, Ron is always focused on the message. He has produced results-oriented work for clients such as Sprint, IBM, Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems, UMB Banks, Hoechst Marion Roussel, HNTB, Learjet, Hallmark Cards, AMC Theaters, the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art and Adidas.

Valie Robbins – As director of telemarketing, Valie brings a wealth of experience in specialized outbound telemarketing to corporate decision-makers, including lead generation, seminar recruitment, market research, competitive research and database cleanup for the likes of FileNET, Honeywell, Caterpillar, Pizza Hut, Milbank Manufacturing, Payless Shoes and WalMart.

Michael Buckley – Director of video production, Michael Buckley brings nearly 30 years of film and videotape production for a wide variety of local, national and international clients at Chicago and Kansas City advertising agencies. He holds undergraduate degrees in journalism and film arts, as well as a master's. In addition, Michael has served as camera operator/director for the cable television series "The American Craftsman," and for "Barbecue, Blues, Boulevards & Bushwhackers," a recent documentary production on the history of Kansas City.
