Hotel Rooms

You must book your hotel room directly with the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort at Gainey Ranch. The room rate for IRES attendees is $135 per night for a single or double room. Please call group reservations at 800-233-1234 or 480-991-3388, or register online through the Hyatt Regency Web site.

The IRES convention rate has been extended beyond the original cutoff of June 30, 2003, but it may be cut off at any time – and then it's space-available. Call the IRES office if you have any questions.

The IRES group rate applies to all standard rooms, regardless of view or location of the room. If the hotel reservations center inadvertently charges you a higher room rate, please notify IRES and provide us your name and confirmation number. In addition, the Hyatt has agreed to waive its normal requirement for an advance cash or credit card deposit on any IRES room reservations – even if you're asked for a credit card number, don't worry: You won't be billed for a deposit. (If you book any rooms other than standard rooms, such as a suite, you will be required to pay the hotel's prevailing rates for those rooms.)

Cancellations & Refunds

Your registration fee minus a $25 cancellation fee can be refunded if we receive written notice before June 30, 2003. No refunds will be given after that date – although your registration fee may be transferred to another qualifying registrant. Refund checks will be processed after Sept. 1, 2003.
